Children registered for RBC are automatically included in each day that the Camp Cardinal Health program is offered unless noted otherwise.  ACCENT on Children’s Arrangements (AOCA) will contact the parent for each child registered closer to the program dates to confirm their registration details (i.e. age, shirt size, food allergies, etc.).

Camp Cardinal Health provides care for the following age groups:

  • Infants (6-11 months) NEW!

  • Parents and guardians can choose from two infant care options during camp hours: half day at

If you have questions about the new childcare offerings at this year’s show, please email rbc@cardinalhealth.com

Q: Does AOCA offer childcare services for children under 3 years of age?

A: Yes. Cardinal Health offers daily childcare for infants (6 months) and toddlers (12-36 months).

Q: Can my child attend Camp Cardinal Health if they have special needs (i.e. diabetic, in a wheelchair, autistic, etc.)?

A: AOCA will evaluate all requests on a case-by-case basis to see how they can best accommodate your child’s specific needs.

Q: What items do I need to provide when dropping off my toddler and infant for care?

A: Parents will need to supply formula, breast milk, diapers, etc. for infants just as they would if they were taking their child to daycare. Snacks and drinks will be provided to toddlers, but parents will need to supply diapers (if applicable) and a change of clothes in case they have an accident.

Q: Who can I call or email if I have a question about Camp Cardinal Health?

A: You can reach our camp provider ACCENT on Children's Arrangements at (504) 524-0188 or by email campcardinalhealth@accentoca.com

**Cancellations must be received by July 8, 2024.  Cancellations received after that date are subject to a $100 cancellation fee for each cancelled day of childcare. If the child does not attend and is marked as a No Show, parents will be billed for that day of childcare.
