Customer Hotels & Shuttle Schedule

You must book your hotel room through the RBC registration website to receive our room rates and to take advantage of RBC breakfast, provided Wednesday, July 24 through Saturday, July 27.

If you have not made your hotel reservations for your trip to Chicago, please do so by June 30, 2024, to guarantee a room at one of the designated RBC hotels below.

Please be aware that Cardinal Health RBC does not have a third-party hotel booking
agency or housing bureau representing this event. If you are contacted to book hotel
accommodations by any agency, this is not recommended and likely fraudulent.

Marriott Marquis Chicago

- Shuttle Bus will be provided. Chicago has a dedicated bus lane making this trip only 7-10 minutes.

Airport shuttle schedule

You are encouraged to use our ground transportation services once you arrive in Chicago and when you depart for your flight home. These shuttles will run from Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) and Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW) to RBC customer hotels, and vice versa.

The airport shuttle schedule is as follows:

Arrivals

Tuesday, July 23: Every 30 minutes from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Wednesday, July 24: Every 30 minutes from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Thursday, July 25: Every 30 minutes from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Friday, July 26: No airport shuttle will be available.

Departures

Saturday, July 27: Every 30 minutes from 4:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

NOTE: If you are flying out of Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD), it is recommended you depart three hours before your scheduled flight. If you are flying out of Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW), it is recommended you depart two-and-a-half hours before your scheduled flight.
