Continuing Education (CE) Courses
Each year at RBC, Cardinal Health partners with the National Community Pharmacists Association (NCPA) to offer a robust schedule of CE classes - from immunizations and long-term care to leveraging AI and analytics to improve pharmacy operations.

Non-Accredited Courses
RBC also offers non-accredited courses to help any member of your pharmacy team identify best practices and new opportunities. These sessions are led by your peers, NCPA and Cardinal Health teams.

New for 2026, we are introducing RBC Content Tracks. Curated to help you navigate the educational and best practice programming at RBC, these optional paths guide you to topics most important to you and your pharmacy.

Look for these content tracks in the RBC Orlando Program of Events, website and mobile app to plan your time at RBC and select activities across RBC University, Counter Talk™ sessions and the exhibit hall.
Counter Talk™ Sessions
An extension of the Cardinal Health™ Counter Talk™ Podcast, RBC is home to live presentations from two stages, Counter Talk™ In Practice and the Counter Talk™ Theater, as well as new podcast episodes recorded in the Counter Talk™ Podcast LIVE booth, all designed to connect attendees with industry leaders and to identify emerging opportunities for independent pharmacy.
