Award Criteria 

An ideal honoree for the Advocacy Award meets one or more of the following criteria:

  • Actively involved in their state pharmacy association​

  • Leads grassroots efforts at the local, state or national level around key pharmacy initiatives

  • Networks with policymakers through pharmacy tours, industry meetings, etc.

 

Award Details 

  • $5,000 donation to the recipient's state pharmacy association

  • Engraved award

  • Opens: January 5, 2026

  • Closes: February 27, 2026

The Advocacy Award is a new recognition Cardinal Health will introduce at RBC 2026 in Orlando. This award recognizes an independent pharmacist who is a relentless advocate in protecting and promoting pharmacy interests in their community.
