Exhibitor FAQs:
What comes with my booth package?
Each 10' x 10' booth will be set with 8' high black back drape, 36" high black side dividers, one 6' x 30" black skirted table, two Limerick chairs, one wastebasket, and a 7" x 44" identification sign. Booths 300 square feet or less will receive a one-line identification sign. Booths larger than 300 square feet may receive one-line identification sign upon request.
Is the Exhibit Hall carpeted?
Yes, aisles and booths will all be carpeted in tuxedo.
When do I need to move out of the Exhibit Hall?
All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by Friday, July 24th at 8 p.m. To ensure all exhibitor materials are removed from the facility by the Exhibitor Move-Out Deadline, please have all carriers check in by Friday, July 24th at 7 p.m.
When will a map of the show floor be provided?
An overview map of the show floor was provided in the booth assignment email. Per our policy, a floor map will not be provided prior to RBC. If you would like more information about your booth for planning purposes, please contact RBCExhibitor@cardinalhealth.com
How will customers know where to find me?
The show floor map will be available to all RBC attendees within the Interactive Maps in the RBC Mobile App and the printed map in the program of events. Attendees can also visit the information booth in the Exhibit Hall to inquire about where exhibitors are located on the floor.
