​Southwest Airlines is pleased to offer RBC 2026 attendees discounted fares. To utilize the discount, book via SWABIZ® using this link. Discount valid for travel July 15- July 27, 2026.

United Airlines

To make flight reservations online, please click on the discount code ZS63196045. MileagePlus® members earn miles for their travel when using the United Meetings™ discount code.

You may also call United Meetings Reservation Desk from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. CT, Monday–Friday (closed for major U.S. holidays) at (800) 426-1122 for booking assistance or visit this link and enter the code above.

Delta Air Lines

Reservations and ticketing are available via http://www.delta.com by entering your Meeting Code NM53E under the “Advanced Search” option or by calling our Conferences and Events Reservations at 800-328-1111. Discounts valid on Delta and applicable DL* Codeshare flights (006 code).

Uber Information 

Uber vouchers will be available for transportation to and from Orlando International Airport. Prior to RBC 2026, registered attendees will receive an email with a QR code and link to access the voucher.  

 

We recommend creating an account through the Uber app before your trip. To access the Uber app: 

  • Visit the App Store or Google Play and search “Uber”  

  • Download the app titled “Uber-Request a ride”  

  • Create a personal account on the Uber app by entering your name, telephone number, email address, etc.
