Hit the town for Customer Appreciation Night

RBC 2026 concludes with an evening of excitement at our Customer Appreciation Night at Universal Studios CityWalk. Independent pharmacists and their families can enjoy entertainment and dining along the CityWalk, then explore Universal Studios or Islands of Adventure. Theme park tickets will be available inside the CityWalk event.

  • When: Friday, July 24 from 4:30-7:30 p.m.

  • Where: Universal Studios CityWalk

  • What: Dining and entertainment at CityWalk, with entry available
    to Universal Studios or Islands of Adventure theme parks

Transportation to CityWalk

  • Buses will begin departing from RBC customer hotels (Hilton Orlando, Hyatt Regency, Rosen Centre) at 4pm and run until 6pm.

  • Buses will resume service back to the hotels at 7pm and continue running until 10:30pm.

Will dinner be provided at Customer Appreciation Night?

Dining will be offered at Universal CityWalk, where guests attending Customer Appreciation Night can choose from a variety of restaurants along with CityWalk.
