Q: What are the dates for RBC 2023?

Q: Is there a fee to attend RBC 2023?
A: Yes. Pharmacy Package – $1,875
Main person making purchases at RBC. Admits one person to all RBC events.
Adult Guest (18+) - $995
Admits one person to all RBC events. An Adult Guest CAN make purchases at RBC with primary attendee consent.
Child Guest (ages 3-17) - $650
Admits one child to all RBC events. A Child Guest IS NOT permitted to make purchases at RBC. All registered children are invited
to participate in the Camp Cardinal Health program at no additional charge.
Day Pass (18+)- $650
Admits one adult for one day. This pass is only available to local attendees.
You can only purchase 1 day pass per individual adult.
Customer Appreciation Night Only- $200
This ticket allows a non-registered adult or child to attend the Thursday night customer event at Fenway Park, food is also included at this event. Only a primary registrant may purchase this ticket for a guest and must accompany them to the event.
Friday Night Concert Only- $200
This ticket allows a non-registered adult or child to attend the Friday night Justin Willman Magic Show and the Friday evening dinner preceding the event. Only a primary registrant may purchase this ticket for a guest and must accompany them to the event.

Cardinal Health RBC 2023 Registration
Registration will be live on March 15, 2023.
Q: What is the difference between the primary types of packages?
A: Primary Registration package - A primary registration package admits one person to all RBC events and includes the potential to earn a rebate for one account. A primary registration package should be purchased for each account you would like rebate eligibility. Multiple primary registration packages can be purchased under one registration.
Additional Adult – Admits one adult to all RBC events. An adult guest can make purchases at RBC with primary attendee consent.
Additional Child – Admits one child (ages 3-17) to all RBC events. A child guest is not permitted to make purchases at RBC. All registered children are welcome to attend Camp Cardinal, which is included in the price of the package.
Q: Does my primary package or additional attendee package include the extra cost of CE classes?
A: Some CE classes required pre-registration and an additional fee listed on the registration website. The classes with additional fees listed are not included in your package and must be purchased. The cost of all other CEs will be included in your package.
Q: How do I make reservations for my hotel?
A: There is a link to the hotel reservation site after you confirm your conference registration.
Q: When is the last day to register?
A: The last day to register for customer-specific pricing during RBC is June 19, 2023.
Q: What is the day pass policy?
A: Day passes are only available to local attendees for one day of RBC admission. Price: $650
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Customers who cancel by Friday, July 19 at 11:59pm will not be charged for registration.

Q: What hotels are available to customers for RBC 2023?
A: Customers will be able to book hotel reservations at the following hotels
Q: Do I have to stay at the RBC Hotel?
A: No. If you are registered for RBC and books a hotel room outside of the event, you will still have access to the event, meals, and entertainment but you will need to secure your own transportation to/from the airport and from their hotel to RBC.
Q: Will I need a credit card to secure a reservation?
A: Yes. A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation and will not be charged unless you no-show your reservation.
This is to ensure we are receiving legitimate reservations.
Camp Cardinal Health
American Childcare will manage Camp Cardinal Health for 2023. The Camp Cardinal Health activity schedule is located here
Camp Cardinal Health, the children’s program at RBC, welcomes children ages 3–17 for three full days of fun! Children will participate in age-appropriate activities including arts and crafts, parties, games, and off-site excursions in a safe and nurturing environment.
Children registered for RBC are automatically included in each day that the Camp Cardinal Health program is offered unless noted otherwise. American Child Care will contact the parent for each child registered closer to the program dates to confirm their registration details (i.e. age, shirt size, food allergies, etc.).
Camp Cardinal Health will be divided into three age groups:

Participants in Rompers (ages 3-6) remain on-site at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center and take part in various activities.

Participants in Adventurers (ages 7-11) and Explorers (ages 12-17) take part in off-site excursions that highlight many of the
great Boston child-friendly attractions.
Note: Siblings are permitted to stay together; however, the older child will have to move down to the younger age group.
Q: Does American Childcare offer childcare services for children under 3 years of age?
A: No. Children under 3 years old or who are not potty-trained are not allowed to participate in Camp Cardinal Health. The contracted
hotel may offer childcare services – it is best to check with the concierges and work with the hotel directly.
Q: Can my child attend Camp Cardinal Health if they have special needs (i.e., diabetic, in a wheelchair, autistic, etc.)?
A: American Child Care will evaluate all requests on a case-by-case bases to see how they can best accommodate your child’s specific needs.

Q: Are we using a mobile app this year?
A: Yes. We will have a mobile app this year.
Q: Are we offering specialty meals this year?
A: Yes. We will accommodate customers who have indicated a food allergy or special dietary restriction on their registration. Choices include (Halal, Indian, Indian Vegetarian, Kosher, Vegan and Vegetarian). Only one choice may be selected in registration. All Indian meals will have a vegetarian option.
Q: How do we indicate Low Sodium or special dietary restrictions outside of the choices offered in registration for customers?
A: While we are sensitive to food allergies and dietary restrictions, we simply cannot meet everyone’s specific requests. Requests outside of the choices presented in registration (Halal, Indian, Indian Vegetarian, Kosher, Vegan, and Vegetarian) will need to be managed by the individual.
