In recognition of our community pharmacists and their commitment to their patients, Cardinal Health, and the Retail Advisory Board, created the Community Leadership Award. Each year at RBC, this award is presented to an independent pharmacist who demonstrates a commitment to promoting the principles of community pharmacy.

Award Criteria 

• ​Community leadership and involvement 

• Independent pharmacy champion  

• Ability to inspire others 

• Willingness to go above and beyond the day-to-day requirements 

• Excellent financial performance 

 

Award Details ​

• $10,000 donation in the recipient’s name to a pharmacy school or pharmacy association of their choice 

• Engraved award
